个人介绍:

杨侃,男,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。2012年毕业于沈阳药科大学,获得学士学位。2018年毕业于中国药科大学,获得药物化学博士学位。目前从事药物分子设计、合成与优化工作,开发新型抗肿瘤及治疗肺动脉高压等疾病的药物。同时利用计算机辅助药物设计技术,开展分子模拟研究。近年来主持国家自然科学、河北省自然科学基金等多项课题。目前已在J. Med. Chem, Eur. J. Med. Chem., Future Med. Chem. 等国际学术刊物发表多篇SCI论文,申请发明专利8项,其中授权3项。

主要研究方向:

药物分子设计与合成研究:针对体内鞘脂信号通路的关键酶,如鞘氨醇激酶1/2、鞘磷脂酶、神经酰胺酶等,利用药物设计技术,开展新型酶抑制剂的设计与合成研究,通过小分子抑制剂调控各类鞘脂的水平,探索对肿瘤、动脉粥样硬化、肺动脉高压等疾病的影响及基于该通路进行药物开发的潜力。


药物与靶标分子模拟研究:针对潜在的药用靶标,开展建模、分子对接及动力学模拟等研究,探索蛋白与底物和抑制剂的结合机制及作用模式,并进行抑制剂筛选研究。
